1876 Victorian

This 4-year project was a total gut restoration.

This residence was built in 1876 as a grand Victorian mansion on the first private street in America. At the turn of the century, it was renovated to become a six-unit apartment house.

Our work included adding a two-story addition to the rear in exact period detail, followed by all new mechanicals, new baths and kitchen, plaster, paint stripping and restoration of all moldings, original sash, etc.

In 2006 we completed the rear porches, veranda, copper leaders, and garden work.
