This tiny home was completely gutted. We gave it a second story addition, expanded the kitchen, and built a beautiful new porch to increase the available living space. New mechanicals, soy foam insulation and a geothermal heating system were also installed to make this country retreat as green as possible.

This beautiful Victorian set in the heart of the country had rotten gutters, a damaged roof, and chimneys that were ready to implode. We restored, replicated, replaced or rebuilt all of the slate, gutters, soffits, brackets, dormers and chimneys to return it to its intended state.

Built in the 1790's for an early whaling family in Hudson's beginnings, this house had been much abused and seen many changes, including being partitioned into four Section 8 rental units for decades.

This Greek Revival home had been treated poorly and required the removal of two unsightly additions. We also did a major renovation of the front porch that included hoisting the whole porch up while we poured a new concrete slab and installed salvaged marble steps.

This sweet Andrew Jackson Downing inspired studio incorporates barge boards salvaged from a mansion in Hudson, quarry windows from Edinburgh, lighting from England, salvaged doors from the Hudson Valley, and windows from a church in Kansas.
